Weekly refresh process

V1 uses manual citation-first refresh. We update rows weekly, annotate changes, and avoid copying proprietary raw datasets.

Weekly checklist:
1. Refresh citations
2. Update snapshotAt
3. Run contract tests
4. Log changes in leaderboard changelog
