By using EvalKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What EvalKit provides

EvalKit provides an LLM intelligence hub with source-linked leaderboards, model profiles, benchmark guides, curated news, and authenticated workspace features. Public benchmark data is citation-first and source-scoped.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Any content, metadata, or run evidence you submit to authenticated workspace features
• Verifying third-party source terms before reusing data outside EvalKit
• Ensuring any submitted materials do not violate third-party rights
• Keeping your account credentials secure

4. Prohibited use

You may not use EvalKit to:

• Submit malicious, deceptive, or harmful content
• Abuse the service with automated scraping, spam, or bulk actions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform

5. Public data and content

Public benchmark and news pages cite third-party sources and do not imply endorsement by those sources. Any private content you submit remains yours, but you grant EvalKit the rights needed to operate the service.

6. Service availability

EvalKit is provided as-is during early access. We do not guarantee uptime or data retention at this stage. We will provide reasonable notice before any major service changes.

7. Limitation of liability

EvalKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or decisions made from public benchmark data.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
